Unveiled in October 2026, this new creation carries a twofold ambition: to pay tribute to a decade of sporting collaboration and to extend the legacy of the TAG Heuer Formula 1 collection, whose DNA has linked Swiss watchmaking with motorsport culture since the 1980s.
Ten years of partnership between TAG Heuer and Oracle Red Bull Racing

Since 2016, TAG Heuer and Oracle Red Bull Racing have shared the same culture of performance, built on precision, innovation and the constant pursuit of the slightest edge. Season after season, their collaboration has accompanied the team’s successes and given rise to several watches that translate the intensity of racing into an instantly recognisable horological language.
This new Formula 1 Solargraph marks the tenth anniversary of their partnership. It goes beyond simply putting the name of a Formula 1 team on a timepiece: it takes the visual codes and spirit of racing and channels them into a watch designed for everyday wear.
Béatrice Goasglas, CEO of TAG Heuer, highlights this continuity between sporting heritage and the new expectations of enthusiasts. With its 38 mm diameter and Solargraph movement, this special edition aims to appeal to a generation for whom motor racing is as much a culture and a style as a sport.
The approach is also rooted in the history of the Formula 1 collection. Launched in the 1980s, it helped bring a new generation closer to Swiss watches, thanks to bold designs and an identity tied directly to motorsport. The new edition continues this legacy with a contemporary silhouette and technology suited to today’s lifestyles.
A blue and red dial in racing colours

The dial sets the tone immediately. Its blue sunray surface echoes the visual identity of Oracle Red Bull Racing, while the red minute track framing the display adds a bold, dynamic contrast.
The applied indexes, lacquered in black and filled with white Super-LumiNova, ensure legibility. In the dark, their luminescent material glows green. The hour and minute hands, also black lacquered and polished, share the same luminous signature.
The central seconds hand has a yellow lacquered finish, introducing a third colour into a composition already defined by blue and red. The date at 3 o’clock stands out with a yellow window that reinforces the graphic character of the whole.

TAG Heuer logos at 6, 9 and 12 o’clock structure the dial and recall the identity of the collection. Each element contributes to an energetic visual read, yet one organised around a precise function: displaying the time clearly, even as lighting conditions change.
This colour combination conveys the world of racing without sacrificing legibility. The dial does not try to literally reproduce a single-seater or a dashboard: it transposes their intensity into a watch composition suited to the wrist.
A sporty 38 mm steel case

The TAG Heuer Formula 1 Solargraph x Oracle Red Bull Racing features a sandblasted steel case measuring 38 mm in diameter. Its matte finish underlines the technical character of the watch and contrasts with the brighter surfaces of the steel bracelet.
The design draws on the first generations of the TAG Heuer Formula 1, creating a direct link with the origins of the collection. This historical reference shows in the proportions of the case and in the overall balance of the piece, which pairs a strong sporting identity with a format designed for daily use.
The bidirectional rotating bezel in blue TH-Polylight is one of the defining features of this edition. It carries a 60-unit seconds and minutes scale, extending the graphic vocabulary of the dial. Its material gives the watch a distinctive visual signature while contributing to its contemporary identity.

A flat sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment protects the dial. The steel crown at 3 o’clock completes the case architecture, while the screw-down caseback seals the whole.
Water resistance reaches 100 meters. This adds to the versatility of the watch, which does not merely evoke motorsport through its looks but also offers properties suited to an active lifestyle.
A steel bracelet designed for everyday wear

The three-row sandblasted steel bracelet extends the technical sobriety of the case. Its articulated construction is designed to follow the wrist naturally and stay comfortable throughout the day.
The steel folding clasp is fitted with two safety push-buttons and an extension system for adjusting the bracelet length. An engraved TAG Heuer signature completes the ensemble.
This construction contributes to the balance of the watch: the metal bracelet reinforces its sporty character while allowing it to fit into different settings, from work to leisure time.
On the back, the screw-down caseback bears the Oracle Red Bull Racing logo along with a chequered flag motif. This signature recalls the origin of the special edition and its link with the world of racing. The dedicated packaging also features the team’s colours and visual identity.
Solargraph: light energy in the service of time

At the heart of this edition beats the TH50-00 calibre, a Solargraph movement that harnesses both natural and artificial light to power the watch. This technology reduces dependence on regular battery replacement and offers particularly comfortable autonomy.
According to TAG Heuer, one minute of direct sunlight provides enough energy for a full day of operation. A full charge, achieved in under 40 hours of light exposure, delivers up to ten months of power reserve in total darkness.

Even after it has stopped, the movement can restart after just ten seconds of exposure to light. The rechargeable cell is said to have a lifespan of up to fifteen years.
This technology fits the philosophy of the watch. In a sport where energy management, efficiency and reliability are essential, Solargraph offers a solution suited to regular use, without imposing a battery replacement routine on the owner.
The solar movement is also a way for TAG Heuer to evolve its Formula 1 collection without giving up its historical identity. Technical innovation serves simple, everyday use here, while the design keeps the visual codes that link the watch to motor racing.
A special edition to celebrate a decade

The TAG Heuer Formula 1 Solargraph x Oracle Red Bull Racing will be available from October 2026. Its recommended retail price is set at 2,200 euros in Europe.
This anniversary edition brings together several facets of the TAG Heuer world: the heritage of the Formula 1 collection, the relationship with a leading racing team, an aesthetic drawn directly from racing and solar technology designed for everyday life.
Laurent Mekies, CEO and Team Principal of Oracle Red Bull Racing, for his part highlights the values shared by the two partners: precision, innovation and the pursuit of excellence. The new watch embodies this closeness by pairing the team’s identity with a creation that fully asserts its watchmaking vocation.
With its blue and red dial, 38 mm sandblasted steel case, TH-Polylight bezel and Solargraph calibre, this Formula 1 celebrates ten years of collaboration while looking to the future. A watch that turns light into a source of energy and motor racing into a true stylistic signature.
